Hi lady. Everything Is so simple :) your body change a lot without bigger changes. We have to add little cardio and push little more burners. that\'s all. I can\'t see reason to cut calories or something more. We do it must healthy as possible. <ul> <li>cardio was 5x35, so leave 3x times week 40min in training days and 2x 45min in days off.</li> <li>if you want eat some more this weekend is ok, you can add 100-150g carbs extra Saturday and Sunday</li> <li>and give more smile on photos :)</li> </ul>
